Plant in full coastal sun to light shade in a well-drained soil. This plant has proven hardy at least 25° F but likely is hardier - if you know how hardy this plant is please let us know. Great container plant. Looks very similar to Sedeveria x hummellii or 'Hummelii'.

Sedeveria 'Green Rose' is an older intergeneric hybrid made from a cross between, Echeveria derenbergii x Sedum palmeri. This parentage really makes more sense visually than how we originally listed it as a Sedum pachyphyllum and Echeveria derenbergii cross. It has been in the horticultural trade for many years as evidenced by its listing in Alfred Byrd Graf’s 1968 edition of Exotica.
