Chamelaucium 'Stirling Range' (Stirling Range Waxflower) - Evergreen shrub to 3-4 feet tall with unusual, soft gray-green pine-needle-like foliage. The small (3/16" diameter) pinkish-white flowers bloom for several months in late winter into spring (February- April). This is a very attractive plant for the garden or as a potted plant. Plant in full sun in a well-drained soil and water occasionally to regularly. Hardy to about 25 degrees F. Named for the beautiful Stirling Range of Western Australia, our plants were obtained from ObraVerde Flowers
The information about Chamelaucium 'Stirling Range' displayed on this web page is based on our research conducted in the nursery's horticultural library and from reliable online resources. We also include observations made about it as it grows in our nursery gardens and other gardens we have visited, as well how the crops have performed in containers in our nursery field. We will also incorporate comments we receive from others and welcome hearing from anyone with additional information, particularly if they can share cultural information that would aid others in growing this plant. |
