PlantHaven
PlantHaven, Inc. was founded in January 1997 by Geoff Needham in response to a growing demand from plant breeders for good and independent advice and representation. Based in Santa Barbara, California PlantHaven is committed to representing new varieties successfully by maintaining awareness of the marketing and production skills of potential commercial nursery partners. The company manages more than we manage just over 100 licensees and over 550 individual licenses in the United States. PlantHaven sets up and manages agreements for secure testing of new varieties and for variety protection through Plant Breeders Rights and U.S. plant patents and collaborates with like businesses internationally towards the goal of simultaneous worldwide new variety testing, protection and marketing.
